Richard F. Rodgers

With over 25 years of government affairs experience in Washington, D.C. with the Fedex Corporation, Rick has lobbied on a wide array of transportation, labor, tax, environmental, financial and health care issues, covering numerous committees on both the Senate and House side.  He has been an integral part of many successful lobbying efforts. Prior to his time in Washington, Rick served in state government affairs, campaigns, state and national party politics.  Rick is the proud father to Franklin and Egan.  He, his wife, Nicole, the kids and their four dogs split there time between Washington, D.C. and St. Simons Island, Georgia.

Nicole deSibour Rodgers

Nicole deSibour Rodgers founded Capitol Hill Communications, a boutique advocacy, political strategy and communications firm, in 2014. Prior to starting her firm, Mrs. Rodgers headed the department of policy events and special programming for The Hill Media Corporation. She also has over a decade of lobbying and political strategy and fundraising experience for trade associations and firms including the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America and American Waterways Operators. Outside of work, Mrs. Rodgers is an active supporter of Safe Harbor, the Prevent Cancer Foundation and the Washington Humane Society. Nicole is a native Washingtonian and great-granddaughter of renowned Washington architect Jules Henri deSibour. Mrs. Rodgers splits her time on Capitol Hill and in St. Simons Island, Georgia with her husband Rick, son Franklin, daughter Egan and four dogs.  She is in leadership in the Junior League, President of the PTA and was appointed to the board of the Marshes of Glynn Library System.
